Terms & Conditions
|ORDER REVIEW PERIOD, ORDER CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS|
|Once your order and payment have been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. This will be your final opportunity to verify accuracy of important order details:|
|- Custom engravings and/or personalization (if applicable)|
|- Item selection and quantity|
|- Contact information, billing address and shipping address(es) for future program correspondence|
|NOTICE: After one (1) business day your order will be scheduled for production and/or shipment, after which, changes and cancellations may not be possible.|
|Any order containing personalized inscriptions or customizations is subject to approval by the program, who reserve the right to review and approve (or decline) each order for appropriateness and grammatical integrity. Personalized inscriptions or customizations determined to be in violation of program inscription policies as interpreted by the program will require revision, at which time you will be contacted and asked to submit an alternate inscription. All declined orders will be placed on hold until revisions are submitted and approved.|
|NOTICE: If after ten (10) business days from the date of notification of a declined order you have not submitted alternate inscription, your order will be subject to cancellation and will be refunded.|
|Unless otherwise indicated, all orders will ship within 8-12 weeks from date of successful order submission (payment successfully processed; order received). If you require your order in a shorter timeframe, please call us and a customer service specialist will be happy to provide available options and pricing.|
|Fund Raisers Sports, its partners and Chicago Cubs are not subject to liability for any delivery delays caused by events or circumstances outside of its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of God, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including customs and health officials).|
|Please be advised that products purposed for installation at a venue, facility, or other location will ship in accordance with construction timelines set forth.|
|MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION LOCATION|
|All designs, images, and materials associated with any brick(s), replica brick(s), display case(s), and location of installation, whether transmitted online, through official program marketing and communications, or verbally, are preliminary and subject to change without notice based on final architectural design.|
|SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES|
|Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any international country or territory. Please call us to process an order shipping outside the contiguous United States.|
|DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE|
|If you have received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately by phone (Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Central). Your customer service specialist may require photos depicting the damage or defect for use in quality assurance and/or damage claims with the shipping carrier. Subject to availability and confirmation, your damaged or defective product will be replaced at no cost to you.|
|NOTICE: Due to the nature of products that are personalized and/or have limited availability, please be advised that damaged or defective products must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery (Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Central). Damaged or defective products reported outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement (subject to availability).|
|INSCRIPTION ERRORS AND MISSING PAVERS|
|Pavers that cannot be located after installation or are found to contain inscription errors must be reported within 4 months from the date of installation, after which, pavers eligible for reproduction and installation will be installed. Once installed, you will be notified. Pavers that cannot be located or contain inscription errors reported after 4 months will not be eligible for installation.|
